We all ought to live by the famous Danish author Hans Christian Andersen’s lines: “To travel is to live” but international travel requires a Visa. That is why we are going to look at countries that allow Indians to travel to them without a visa.
Exploring the world around you is something that has always been a part of your bucket list, isn’t it? You do your best to earn, save and plan trips whenever possible. Some trips can be planned well ahead, and in some cases, you just want to march yourself out of your house with travel tickets and a visa to set out on an unplanned journey.
However, backpacks and tickets won’t always be of help, especially if you are planning to go outside India. As Indians require visas in almost every country, you cannot schedule a trip with short notice. Although, there is always an exception. Several countries grant you entry on an Indian passport without a visa. Yes, you heard that right! You can simply visit these countries with an Indian passport.
As per the globally renowned Henley passport index, the Indian passport ranks 87th in the passport power rank. Passport power rank provides information regarding the strongest and the weakest passports from around the globe. This means Indian citizens can access over 60 nations without applying for visas before arrival (including visa-free entry and visa on arrival). Find below the list of countries you can enter without a visa and merely based on the Indian passport. There are about 20 destinations to choose from!
